Chile presidential election: Rising crimes concern voters ahead of runoff

Chile’s next president will be elected on Sunday, in what is being billed as the most unpredictable vote there in a long time.
The runoff is between a far-right conservative and a progressive social democrat.
And the deciding factor may well be how they plan to solve unprecedented levels of crime and social protests.
