UK, France trade blame over deaths of drowned migrants, refugees

Britain and France are trading blame over who is responsible for the deaths of 27 refugees and migrants who drowned after their boat sank in the English Channel.
It is the worst such disaster there since the UN started keeping records, seven years ago.
