Water mismanagement leaves parts of Karachi parched


A drought is affecting Pakistan’s largest city.
Karachi is only getting half the water it needs.
Analysts say climate change is partly to blame for the problems, but the city’s infrastructure is unreliable and much of the water is being stolen.
