Mexico president to scrap freedom of information institute

Activists in Mexico are accusing the government of trying to centralise power by controlling information.
This comes after President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said he will scrap the publicly funded, but autonomous, freedom of information institute.
He says it is expensive and inefficient.
