Mail-in ballot counting may delay Pennsylvania results

More than 100 million Americans voted early, many of them by post, and now it falls to election day voters to finish the job.
The US Postal Service estimates that around 300,000 ballots have not yet been scanned at ballot-counting locations.
Voters’ rights activists say the slow delivery of ballots is plaguing some key swing districts.
Some ballots can be sitting uncounted at postal facilities around the country.
