Philippines launches rescue operations after Typhoon Goni

Clean-up and rescue operations have begun in the Philippines, after Super Typhoon Goni hit the country.
Many homes have been destroyed and one province has reported 90 percent of its infrastructure is damaged.
With at least 20 people already reported dead, those searching for loved ones remain hopeful, but know the situation is becoming desperate.
Al Jazeera’s Jamela Alindogan reports from Albay Province, in the southern Luzon region.
